For years, I’ve kept a “quick tasks” list for those random, non-urgent tasks I chip away at when I have some downtime. This works really well, but choosing what task to do can actually be a small roadblock. Why? Because it invites a decision: What task do I feel like doing now?

Inspired by an awesome member and plugin developer in the NotePlan community, I created a simple script to randomly add a task from my “quick tasks” list to my daily note in NotePlan.
